  • Whenever you buy anything on the Website you enter into a contractual relationship with us, governed by these Terms and applicable law.
  • Orders are shipped to you from our fulfillment center, whose address does not match our office address. Please do not send returns to our office — follow the steps in our Returns & Refund Policy.
  • To use the Website and place an order you must (a) have read and agreed to these Terms; (b) be of legal age to enter into a contract under the laws of your country (and at least 18 years old); and (c) be purchasing for your own personal use.
  • The Website is intended for adults only. It is not designed for, and must not be used by, children or minors.
  • We may restrict or prohibit your access to the Website if we reasonably believe you do not meet these requirements or are otherwise in breach of these Terms.

2. What We Sell

  • Depending on your shipping destination, your order may be subject to import duties, sales tax, VAT, or other charges imposed by your local authorities. Where these apply, they are your responsibility and are not included in the price shown at checkout.
  • We do not apply any currency-conversion rates or surcharges based on your payment method. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rates or fees for international payments — those are between you and your bank.
  • We accept payment by credit and debit card and other electronic payment methods. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

4. Subscriptions & Auto-Refill

Many of our plans are offered as a subscription (auto-refill) so you can stay consistent with your routine. Subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence and price shown at checkout until you cancel. 5. Delivery

  • After you place your order and pay, we process it within 1–3 business days. Once processed, delivery typically takes 4–20 business days depending on your location.
  • Orders are delivered by standard couriers. After processing we send a confirmation with your tracking number.
  • If your order has not reached you within 30 days, please contact our support team at info@nordburn.com so we can resolve it.
  • Shipping times may be affected by customs, carrier handovers, strikes, or natural events. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind Nordburn with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 60 days of delivery — even on opened bottles. 7. Health Disclaimer & No Warranty

  • The Goods are sold "as is". We make no warranties that they are suitable for your personal needs or that they will treat, mitigate, or have any effect on a specific condition.

Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
