Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Nordburn, a trade name of WELLORYNT LLC (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and stores your personal information, and what rights you have. We handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) ("GDPR") where it applies. We may update this policy from time to time; any changes take effect when published, so please review this page periodically for the latest version.
1. Who Is Responsible for Your Information
The controller of your personal information is WELLORYNT LLC (trading as Nordburn), 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@nordburn.com.
2. What Information We Collect and Why
We collect only what we need for the purposes below. For each purpose we note the legal basis we rely on under the GDPR (where applicable).
a) To process your orders, take payment, and deliver your products
When you purchase from us we collect your first and last name, delivery address, phone number, email address, the details of your purchase (amount, currency, payment history), limited payment metadata (such as your card brand, type, issuer country, and the first digits/BIN — we never receive your full card number), your IP address, language, and device type. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). This information is required to sell and deliver our products; without it we cannot fulfil your order.
b) To secure and improve our website
When you use the website we collect your IP address, device information and identifiers, browser information, activity on the website, country, and information about any breach of our Terms (including blacklisting where necessary). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and improvement of the website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
c) To provide customer support
When you contact us we collect your name, email address, country, phone number, the subject and content of your inquiry, any attachments, our reply, your contact history, and your order ID. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in helping you (Art. 6(1)(a) / (f)).
d) To tell you about our products and show relevant ads
Where you have opted in, or as part of an existing customer relationship, we may collect your name, email, phone number, IP address, order information, country, referral/postback information, and your interaction with our ads. Legal basis: your consent and/or our legitimate interest in direct marketing (Art. 6(1)(a) / (f)). You can opt out of marketing at any time.
e) To interact with you on social media
If you interact with our social-media profiles (for example, message us, follow, comment, share, or react), we may receive your name, the content and time of your message or interaction, and related profile information. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
f) To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations
When you order from us we are required to keep certain records — such as your name, contact details, address, invoices, and payment records. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
g) To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
If needed, we may process the information above together with case files and legal documents to protect our rights or comply with the law. Legal basis: our legitimate interest and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(f) / (c); Art. 9(2)(f) where special-category data is involved).
3. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary for the purposes above and as permitted by law, with categories of recipients including:
- Payment processors (such as Stripe) to take and manage payments — your full card number is tokenised by the processor under PCI-DSS and never seen or stored by us;
- Shipping and fulfillment providers to pack and deliver your order;
- Analytics and session-replay providers (such as Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, and Amplitude) to understand and improve how the site and funnel are used — this can include recordings of page interactions (with sensitive fields such as payment details masked);
- Email and marketing providers to send transactional and (where you opted in) promotional messages;
- Advertising partners (such as Meta and Google) so we can measure and optimise the campaigns that brought you here — we do not show ads inside a product you have purchased;
- Cloud hosting and IT providers to run our website and store data securely;
- Professional advisors (accountants, auditors, lawyers) and legal authorities where required to comply with the law or protect our rights and the safety of our users.
All providers are carefully selected and required to protect your information in line with this policy and applicable law.
4. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and some of our providers operate worldwide, so your information may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States and the European Economic Area. Where we transfer information from the EEA/UK to a country without an adequacy decision, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
- Order and transaction records: retained for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 10 years following a transaction).
- Website and security data: typically kept for a short period after your last visit, and longer where it relates to a breach of our Terms.
- Support and marketing data: kept for as long as needed for the purpose, or until you opt out or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal retention requirements.
6. Your Rights
Subject to the conditions and limits set by applicable law, you have the right to: (i) request confirmation of, and access to, the information we hold about you; (ii) have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected; (iii) request deletion of your information; (iv) restrict how we process it; (v) receive your information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (portability); (vi) object to certain processing, including direct marketing; (vii) withdraw any consent at any time; (viii) lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; and (ix) not be treated in a discriminatory way for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@nordburn.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 30 days). You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf if you provide us with written permission, and you may make a request on behalf of your minor child.
7. Automated Decision-Making
We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, which fall into these categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function and stay secure (for example, session and anti-fraud / CSRF cookies);
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it (for example, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Amplitude, which may include session-replay recordings);
- Marketing — measure and optimise our advertising and let partners such as Meta and Google attribute conversions.

9. Children's Privacy
Our website and products are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
10. How We Protect Your Information
We take the security of your information seriously and follow industry best practices and applicable legal requirements to protect it from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information at every step.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes we will take reasonable steps to inform you. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
