Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Nordburn, you can request a refund within 60 days of delivery — even if you have opened and tried the product. We want you to be able to give Nordburn a genuine try with no risk.
- The guarantee covers your purchase price for the order in question. To request it, simply contact us within 60 days of the delivery date.
- You do not need to return an opened bottle to qualify; for opened product we may ask a few questions about your experience so we can improve.
- The guarantee applies to the product price. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, or where required by law.
- Fair use: the money-back guarantee is intended for genuine, first-time trials and applies once per customer or household. We may decline requests that show patterns of repeat refund claims across orders or accounts, or that we reasonably determine are made in bad faith.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@nordburn.com within 60 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number;
- The email address used when placing the order;
- A brief note about what did not work for you (this helps us improve).
We review every request individually and respond promptly. If a physical return is needed, we will send you return instructions and the correct address — please do not ship anything back before we provide it, and do not send returns to our office address, as we will not be able to accept them.
Returning Unopened Product
If you would like to return unopened bottles, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging, with seals intact.
- Return requests must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.
- For returns made for personal reasons (not due to a defect or our error), you are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable service and email us the tracking number once the package has been sent.
- Unauthorized returns sent without prior instructions from our team cannot be accepted.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@nordburn.com as soon as you can, and within 30 days of receiving it. To help us resolve it quickly, please be ready to provide:
- The product affected;
- Photo(s) of the product and/or the issue;
- Your shipping address and order number.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping (where a return is needed) and will send a replacement or issue a refund. We may decline a claim if a product is returned used beyond what is necessary to identify a defect, cannot be provided for inspection, or where inspection shows no defect.
How Refunds Are Issued
Once your request is approved (and, where applicable, your returned item reaches our fulfillment center and passes inspection — please allow up to 5 business days for inspection), your refund is processed to your original payment method, typically within 14 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

EU/EEA & UK Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the EEA, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. This is in addition to — and separate from — our 60-day money-back guarantee.
- To exercise it, email info@nordburn.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the email used at checkout. You may use a clear statement of your decision to withdraw; a model form is not required.
- For hygiene and health-protection reasons, the statutory withdrawal right does not apply to sealed supplement products once the seal has been opened. Unopened, sealed bottles can still be withdrawn within the 14-day period.
- Where the statutory right applies, we refund the amount you paid for the returned item using your original payment method.
In most cases our 60-day money-back guarantee is more generous than the statutory minimum, and you are free to rely on whichever applies to you.
