We created our subscription plans (our convenient auto-refill option) to make it easy to stay consistent with your wellness routine. By signing up, you enjoy regular deliveries at the best value, with the flexibility to cancel anytime. This policy explains how the plans work, how renewals are billed, and how to cancel.

Subscription Options

Each plan delivers the same Nordburn bottles on an auto-refill schedule. You pay per billing cycle and the bottles for that cycle are shipped together:

  • 1-Month Auto-Refill — billed every month; one bottle delivered each month.
  • Buy 2, Get 1 Free (3-Month Supply) — billed every 3 months; three bottles delivered together every 3 months.
  • Buy 3, Get 2 Free (5-Month Supply) — billed every 5 months; five bottles delivered together every 5 months.

Prices are localized to your region and shown in full on the checkout page before you confirm. Prefer not to subscribe? Each supply is also available as a one-time purchase at checkout.

Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term (1, 3, or 5 months, depending on your plan) until you cancel.
  • Your payment method is charged at the start of each renewal cycle.
  • The renewal amount, frequency, and currency are shown clearly at checkout and stay the same on renewal unless we notify you of a change in advance.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

How to Cancel

We keep cancellation simple. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date, and before your next order has shipped from our fulfillment center — once an order has shipped, we are unable to recall it.

To cancel, email us at info@nordburn.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used when placing the order

Once we receive your request, we will confirm your cancellation by email. If a renewal has already been processed, you will still receive that shipment, and your subscription will end after that term. Any shipment you receive is still covered by our money-back guarantee below.

Refunds & Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every Nordburn order — including subscription renewals — is backed by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 60 days of that shipment's delivery, even if the bottle has been opened. Price Changes

Subscription prices may change over time. If a price that affects your plan changes, we will let you know in advance. The rate applied at each renewal is the one in effect at the time of that renewal. If you do not agree with a new price, you can cancel before your next renewal at any time using the steps above.

Payment Methods

Nordburn uses Stripe for all payments. We accept major credit and debit cards and other electronic payment methods shown at checkout. Card details are stored by Stripe under PCI-DSS; Nordburn never sees or stores your full card number.
