Subscription & Cancellation Policy
We created our subscription plans (our convenient auto-refill option) to make it easy to stay consistent with your wellness routine. By signing up, you’ll enjoy regular deliveries at the best value, with the flexibility to cancel anytime.
Subscription Options
1-Month Auto-Refill – billed every 30 days, one bottle delivered monthly.
3-Month Auto-Refill – billed every 3 months, three bottles delivered together every 90 days.
6-Month Auto-Refill – billed every 6 months, six bottles delivered together every 180 days.
Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term (1, 3, or 6 months, depending on your plan).
Your payment method will be charged at the start of each renewal cycle.
Prices are always shown clearly at checkout, and we’ll let you know in advance if anything changes.
How to Cancel
We keep cancellation simple: you can cancel 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid future charges.Please ensure your cancellation request is sent before your order is shipped from our fulfillment center, as once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel or recall it.

Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm your cancellation by email. If a renewal has already been processed, you’ll still receive that shipment, and your subscription will end after that term.
Refunds
Please note that we don’t issue refunds for orders that have already been processed. To avoid extra charges, be sure to cancel before your next renewal date.
