Returns & Refunds Policy
For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns of supplements. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot guarantee how it was stored, shipped, or handled. Accepting opened or returned supplements could compromise product quality and safety — something we will never risk. We maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance to protect our customers’ health.
This approach is consistent with U.S. FDA regulations, which require supplement manufacturers to follow strict Good Manufacturing Practices (21 CFR Part 111) and prohibit resale of products once their quality and safety cannot be verified.
Refunds are therefore only available for orders canceled before shipping or in the rare case of a confirmed fulfillment error on our side.
